Welcome to Animal Waste Warriors & Outdoor Services LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, client portal, services, and any interactions you have with us.

By using our website or booking services with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or services.

1. Services Offered

We currently provide:

• Dog walking

• Pet waste removal (poop scooping)

• Outdoor pet care services

All services are subject to availability, geographic service area, and compliance with our safety policies. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify services at any time with or without prior notice.

2. Client Portal & Account Access

Clients are encouraged to sign up for our online portal to:

• Book or manage services

• View invoices and make payments

• Receive service updates and messages

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, client portal, phone, or email.

• We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or denial of future service.

4. Payments & Billing

We accept payment:

• Through our secure online portal

• Via cash, card, or digital wallet (in person, where applicable)

All service charges are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur a fee and could result in suspension of service.

5. Safety & Access

For any on-property services, clients agree to:

• Provide safe, non-aggressive pet access

• Ensure gates, entryways, and yards are accessible and secure

• Disclose any health or behavioral concerns about pets in advance

We reserve the right to decline service if safety or access conditions are not met.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring pets are properly vaccinated and licensed

• Notifying us of changes in address, access codes, or pet conditions

• Securing valuables and private property (we are not liable for lost items unless due to negligence)

7. Privacy & Communication

Your information will be used only for service delivery and business communication. We may contact you by phone, email, or through the client portal to:

• Confirm or update bookings

• Send reminders or billing information

• Notify you of new services or policy updates

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal requirements. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to deliver services safely and professionally, Animal Waste Warriors & Outdoor Services LLC is not liable for:

• Accidents or injuries arising from unsafe property conditions or aggressive pets

• Service delays due to weather, emergencies, or other events beyond our control

In no event shall we be held responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
