1. Service Guarantee

• If we miss a scheduled yard cleaning or other service due to our error, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to complete the missed service at no additional cost as soon as possible.

• If we are unable to complete a service due to inaccessible property (locked gate, aggressive animals, etc.), we will notify you and attempt to reschedule within the same week. If access is still not possible, the visit will count as completed, and no refund will be issued.

2. Refunds

• If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make every reasonable effort to fix the issue promptly.

• If we are unable to remedy the issue, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund for that visit, depending on the situation.

• Refunds are not guaranteed for reports made more than 24 hours after the service was provided.

 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Recurring Service: You may cancel or reschedule a visit with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost.

• Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel on the day of service, a $10 cancellation fee may apply.

• If we need to cancel due to weather or safety concerns, we will notify you and reschedule as soon as possible.

 4. Future Services

As we expand to offer additional pet care and yard services, this policy will apply to those services with any necessary adjustments. Any new services may have additional or updated policies, which we’ll share in writing.
